Privacy policy

moroccoplans.com is published by HPlay, an independent publisher based in Fez, Morocco. For any question about your personal data, write to contact@moroccoplans.com.

You can use the site without creating an account. We only collect the following:

• Contact form: your name, e-mail address and message, used only to reply to you. Messages are delivered by our e-mail provider (Resend) and kept for up to 12 months.
• Saved plans: the plans you save stay in your browser (local storage). They are never sent to our servers.
• Technical data: like any website, our host (Vercel) keeps technical logs (IP address, browser type, requested pages) to keep the service secure and running.
• Maps: map tiles are loaded from a third-party service (OpenStreetMap or equivalent), which receives your IP address in order to display them.

We use a limited number of cookies:

• mp_locale (necessary): remembers your preferred language for 12 months. It cannot identify you.
• Advertising cookies (Google AdSense): set only when ads are shown and, for visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, only after you consent.

This site may show ads served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners use cookies to serve ads based on your previous visits to this and other websites.

Where required by law, a consent window (a Google-certified platform) lets you accept or refuse these cookies and change your choice at any time.

If audience measurement is enabled, we use a privacy-friendly tool (Plausible) that sets no cookies and does not track you across sites. Statistics are aggregated and anonymous.

Your data is never sold. It is only shared with the technical providers listed above (hosting, e-mail delivery, maps, advertising), some of which are located outside Morocco and the European Union, notably in the United States.

Under Moroccan Law No. 09-08 and, for European residents, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, correct, object to and delete your data. To exercise these rights, write to contact@moroccoplans.com. We reply within 30 days.

You may also lodge a complaint with the CNDP (Morocco's data protection authority, https://www.cndp.ma) or, if you live in the European Union, with your national data protection authority.
